When is my preorder shipping?
Preorders are sent when the manufacturing process ends and I get the items. Manufacturing starts after the preorder ends, and preorders last around 2 weeks. If you ordered at the start of the preorder campaign you can expect 3-4+ months of waiting times, since manufacturing takes around a whole month, plus shipping times. I cannot control how much time the package is on customs/post office or how much time the manu take to do the order( factors like type of items and quantity can determine how much time they need to get everything ready)

What if I ordered something not on preorder with a preorder item?
Your whole order will be sent when the preorder items are ready. If you wish to get the not preorder items first you must make separate order
Can I change my address?
Yes! Message me the new address and I will change it.
I haven't received my order yet
If that's the case let me know and we will work on a solution. I recommend waiting 2 month from dispatch date, since overseas orders may take this long to arrive, even if it's not the usual.
If the item get lost during shipping and it was "standard shipping":
-If you want a refund i will refund the items not the shippment cost
-If you want me to sent it again and you ordered "standard shipping" and you want tracking let me know and I will note it!
If the item get lost during shipping and it was "tracking shipping":
-I will fill an incidence as soon as I recieve your email so they start an investigation to find the package
-If you want a refund i will refund the items not the shippment cost
-If you want me to sent it again and you ordered "tracking shipping" and you want standard let me know and I will note it!
Can I change one item?
If they item is still on stock you can! Just send me an email with the changes and your order number
Tracking/standard order
Tracking orders may took longer time to be sended that standard so please keep this in mind when making an order.
Refunds:
If you want to make a refund please contact me, DO NOT do it on your own, if you do, you will be blocked, i have no problem to refund the order as long as its not shipped. To make a refund you can send me an email with your order number
Please take in mind that preorder items require a lot of time to be produced and shipped so, if you need something asap or you do not want to wait that long reconsider make an order since I can make the production and shippment quicker.
